“Outside work, I can often be found walking Bailey (yes, she is named after the drink), hacking my way around a golf course or running with my local running club. To be clear, I’m very much a social exerciser rather than an elite athlete — my love of chocolate and wine makes sure of that.”

I work alongside founders, consultants and senior leaders whose businesses and lives have become busy enough that trying to hold everything themselves is no longer the best use of their time.

With more than 25 years’ experience supporting senior people, I bring the judgement, organisation and continuity that allows my clients to step away from some of the detail without losing sight of what matters. That might mean managing the moving parts around a busy diary, coordinating travel or events, keeping important actions moving, researching something properly before a decision is made, or simply noticing what needs attention before it becomes another thing for them to think about.

The practical support matters, of course, but the real value is the headspace it creates. I get to know how my clients work, what matters to them and where I can quietly take ownership, creating calm, clarity and order around them so they can focus their attention where it’s needed most.

I work with a small number of clients because this kind of support works best when there’s trust, context and a genuine working relationship rather than simply a list of tasks to complete.
