Member Events
Our monthly Member Events are structured to make the best use of your time and all follow the same format. Combining discussion, development and learning they’re a trusted, safe environment for members to raise questions about a business issue, share something they’ve learned, use fellow members as a sounding board for new ideas or broaden their knowledge through other’s expertise. All washed down with a glass of something lovely and a chance to decompress in great surroundings.
Guest Events
Our monthly Guest Events are about welcoming business professionals from across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Buckinghamshire, providing a forum to meet and connect with our members, all of whom are like-minded and quite frankly amazing business owners, at a local meeting.
As a guest, it’s the perfect occasion to meet with business owners, directors and partners who are all looking to develop themselves and their business.
For our members, it’s another opportunity to grow their network or learn more about another industry or skill.
Whilst the meetings are structured, that doesn’t mean dull and boring, it’s simply to keep things moving so there’s time to grab a drink and socialise as well. For us, the fun factor is just as important as building those professional networks.

Charity Events
Aligned with our core value of Generosity of Spirit and our commitment to giving back to the community, each of our groups proudly supports a local Charity of the Year. Our charity events range from golf days, marathons, and bike rides to more unique activities like boozie bingo nights, wreath-making, and fire walking. These events not only bring our members together with a shared goal to raise funds but also help charities increase awareness within the community.
Our chosen charities have the opportunity to participate in all guest events throughout the year, allowing them to showcase their purpose and share how our members can assist. But more importantly build valuable business relationships, gain expertise and advice, and enhance their personal and professional development.
Social Events
We believe that fun is essential in building strong relationships, both personally and professionally. Sharing, laughing, and getting to know each other in a relaxed environment makes us approachable and fosters important connections quickly.
Each year, our groups organize their own social events, collaborate with neighbouring groups, and attend Opendoorz events like our trademark punting event, team-building activities, and awards evenings. We encourage all members to participate in these events and embrace the wider network we offer.
