“Mummy of 2 little girls, International Touch Rugby player and youth high performance coach, & obsessed with personal development & of course AI”

For years, I was the entrepreneur who outsourced anything remotely technical. As the founder of SportyMinis (an early years physical education business) and an health and fitness business called SportsFit, I built successful companies despite—not because of—technology. I was convinced that tech just wasn’t my thing, and frankly, I was okay with that.

Then February 2022 happened. On a recommendation, I reluctantly tried Jasper AI for some ad copy. What I expected was rubbish copy, super generic and cost an arm and a leg. Instead, it was completely different—cheap as chips and I actually loved going back and forth chatting with Jasper about what I wanted. It really was a moment of clarity. For the first time, I didn’t need to be technical to leverage powerful technology. I was thriving with confidence and felt so productive.

Within months, I went from outsourcing everything to confidently implementing AI workflows across my businesses through many AI tools. The impact was immediate and transformative. SportyMinis became more efficient. SportsFit scaled with less effort, and I was able to exit—a goal I’d been working toward for years since the pandemic. And something unexpected happened: I found myself with more time—real, usable time.

But what has motivated me most in this journey is not only my own success. It was seeing the same transformation with business leaders and their teams who I began working with as an AI trainer and business strategist.

What I’ve come to realise—and am working on as a keynote—is that AI isn’t just another technology that disconnects us; it’s actually the solution to the digital overwhelm we’ve all been experiencing. For the past decade, we’ve been increasingly tethered to our smartphones, trading our attention and human connections for productivity and connectivity.

I believe AI is going to reverse this trend. By automating the mundane tasks that chain us to our screens, AI is giving us the opportunity to reclaim genuine human connection. When your email responses, content creation, and data analysis are handled efficiently through AI, you’re free to focus on what technology can never replace—real human interaction, creativity, and presence.

This isn’t just about business efficiency. It’s about restoring work-life balance in a world that’s forgotten what that looks like. It’s about using technology not as a replacement for human connection, but as a tool that creates space for more meaningful connections.

AND the results, faster business growth, streamlined business systems and a productive and happy team culture.

My mission now is to help others experience this transformation—to show non-technical entrepreneurs and leaders in business that AI isn’t something to fear, avoid, or get overwhelmed by.

The future I envision isn’t one where we’re more dependent on technology; it’s one where we use AI thoughtfully to become less dependent on the technologies that have been fragmenting our attention and relationships.

This is why I’m obsessed with making AI fun, practical, and accessible to everyone—because I’ve seen firsthand how it can transform not just our businesses, but our lives. can make us not just more productive, but more human.

After all: AI isnt a technical skill, its the new language we must all speak fluently all need to stay relevant.
