Oxfordshire Youth

Youth Work Changes Lives
We exist to ensure that every young person -no matter their background – have the skills, support and connections they need to thrive.

What we offer

Our vision is to build an Oxfordshire where every young person has the skills, connections and opportunities they need to thrive.

For nearly 80 years, Oxfordshire Youth has been delivering life-changing youth work services and is proud to serve as the infrastructure organisation for the youth sector across the county.

Each year we reach over 32,000 young people, supporting them to navigate challenges and unlock their potential.

Oxfordshire Youth, in partnership with Response, also deliver the county’s largest supported accommodation service for 18–21-year-olds helping to reduce homelessness, improve health outcomes,

and create lasting pathways into housing, education and employment.

The voluntary youth sector in Oxfordshire plays a vital role in shaping positive outcomes for young people and supporting their transition into adulthood. The more resourced, skilled and connected the sector is,

the greater the long-term impact for young people, communities and society as a whole.
