Outside of work, I enjoy walking, yoga, dressmaking, reading and spending time with my family. I love it when we all get together for holidays and celebrations. I also enjoy catching up with close friends for dinner and can get a bit animated about equality for women!

The Smart Team was set up to offer scale up businesses access to proven commercial finance leadership skills in an affordable way which gives them options.
We have an iterative approach, but start with an initial business health check which helps us to identify the key areas to focus on - (what the doctor orders) where we can make the biggest difference. We then create a "pod" of the skillsets each client needs each with their own FD / Leader. This means that each client gets access to the wide range of skills from compliance, through decision support to being the Finance Wingman to the CEO with a specific focus on what they need.
