I love to be outside, whether it be walking our two dogs in the Cotswolds, cultivating our garden, or cooking for my wife and daughter on the BBQ. I like exploring new places, both home and abroad, with particular favourites being Canada, the Caribbean, Scotland and the Peak District.

I am a specialist in dispute resolution, with many years’ experience in civil litigation. This discipline covers a broad range of cases, and I am able to offer advice to commercial and consumer clients on various legal issues that may arise within their business and personal lives.
I regularly accept instructions to represent clients in Court as well as providing them with advice.

I ensure that my clients appreciate the merits and risks of their case, and I provide an objective assessment of legal costs throughout their instructions. I work collaboratively with my clients, empowering them to fully understand every aspect of their case and I ensure that they achieve the best possible outcome. I find that this approach instills trust, as my clients know that I won’t just tell them what they want to hear, but more importantly, what they need to know.
I have been incredibly fortunate that many of my clients have returned to me time and time again over the years; and I still keep every thank you card that I receive.
