With over 20 years of HR experience in large, global organisations, I founded FARRELL HR in 2024 following redundancy. I love the variety and flexibility that my business gives me, in terms of how I work, and who I work with.

Through FARRELL HR, I use my vast HR experience to provide Senior Leaders and in-house HR teams with expertise to transform and futureproof their organisations.
