I’m a nature-lover at heart – I love my dogs and trees and the wind in my hair. Never happier than when I’m out walking, ideally with my lovely husband or one of my adult daughters (and the dogs of course), relishing the exercise and patiently looking for the next landscape photo opportunity.

I founded PeopleWise Solutions to empower SME businesses to drive their growth through pragmatic and effective people-based solutions throughout the UK. This could be through using our expertise to get to the heart of a people challenge – at speed – or getting to grips with their records and administration – without a fuss. All without the cost of a full-time professional.
Best of all, I love finding the gaps in current people practices that provide the opportunities to help my clients grow their business. Most recently I have supported with the design and implementation of a modern performance development process, candidate attraction strategies, manager development, an induction programme, a career development framework and organisation design. I truly believe this is all just as relevant to SME businesses as it is to larger organisations.
My passion is in tailoring our solutions to be relevant for the size and maturity of the business. And I am on a mission to support those business owners who want to take the next step in harnessing the energy and motivation of their teams, using these and other techniques, to help them achieve their aims.
