Play Hard…
Mum of four & wife of one, when she’s not making businesses and brands more famous, Louise can be found gardening, playing cricket or drinking gin!
Work Hard…
Louise passionately believes PR should be about profits and profile. If it doesn’t deliver both, then why do it? This belief sits at the heart of everything Energy PR does.
She also feels that far too many great companies don’t have the PR they deserve because they think their business isn’t interesting enough, they’ve had a bad experience with an agency in the past – or they simply don’t know where to start!
That’s why Louise and the Energy PR team like nothing more than showing companies just how powerful great PR can be; getting to know them, finding out what makes them special and then helping them use communications not simply to become more famous but to grow and transform their businesses.
In a career spanning over 30 years Louise has worked with a huge array of businesses and brands, both large and small. From major names such as the BBC, NatWest, Capita, Cap Gemini, Schwartz, Martini, St Paul’s Cathedral, The Simpsons, Glee and 20th Century Fox through to exciting, ambitious companies such as Siltbuster, Gigaclear, Easyfairs and Atradius.
"I know I've worked with some massive companies" Louise argues, "but I'm more interested in whether an organisation is passionate about what it does. If it is then we love working with it, it really doesn't matter how large the business is."
Louise has also written for the Evening Standard and The Times and has spoken at Microsoft’s offices on PR measurement and PR in the digital age.
