First generation Turkish Cypriot born in Birmingham, Oya grew up travelling to see relations in North Cyprus – the island of love and mythical birthplace of the Goddess of Love, Aphrodite. Oya’s love for her heritage and ethnic roots runs deep, from cooking traditional dishes whilst shimmying in the kitchen to the latest Turkish belly dancing beats. Oya has recently swapped her training for Black belt in free style martial arts to weights at the gym.
Watching her parents work hard, Oya’s drive and work ethic instilled her passion to run her own business, and founded Pebble Marketing at her kitchen table whilst bringing up her two young daughters as a single mother. With Pebble Marketing now in it’s 19th year, Oya has instilled her passion of telemarketing and lead generation to businesses that want to get meetings booked with C-Suite execs, but may not have the staff skill set to cold call, have no time or purely have no desire or resilience for the high level of outbound calls.
