I’m also a football fan and love the Lake District, where my wife and I often go fell walking with our dogs.”
I specialise in organisational coaching and mentoring. Having led teams for twenty-five years, internationally and in the UK, I help business owners and senior leaders with their challenges. Working together, focusing on individual and team goals, I will help you form a clear view to maximise overall performance in pursuit of budget attainment and ongoing growth, whether that be financial or personal, individually or within teams.
My leadership journey began in my late twenties when I had the opportunity to work for a global multinational company. After holding sales management roles across South Asia and the Middle East, I was appointed Regional Director in Singapore, managing activity across the Asia Pacific region. That was over 25 years ago, and since then, I have led teams at director and board level, developing deep insights into what it takes to be an effective leader; the highs, the challenges, and the key skills needed for success.
Through my career, I discovered executive coaching, first as a client, then as a leader embracing a coaching mindset. As my own coach once told me, “I’ll help you think about what you’re thinking.” That simple yet profound approach reshaped how I lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams today.
I hold a Masters Degree in Leadership (Henley Business School) and I’m an ICF and EMCC registered Executive Coach.
