Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing, most successful networking groups in Oxfordshire? Read on…
What do you love about networking? Is it making new connections? Bringing people together and seeing those relationships flourish? Do you get a buzz when an opportunity is turned into a reality? If you answered yes to those, then you are well and truly on our wave length!
Despite COVID doing its best to thwart all of us business owners, 2021 has been a fantastic year for all the Opendoorz networking groups. We’ve witnessed some amazing relationships being built and some phenomenal amounts of business being passed.
We have 7 thriving groups across Oxfordshire and over 80 Directors & Business Owners as members. 2022 is shaping up to be even bigger and we’re looking for more Associate Directors to join us on this adventure! In particular, we are looking for Associate Directors to take the helm at our Oxford, Milton Park and Henley groups and also… breaking news… for our new North Cotswolds group (watch out Gloucestershire, Opendoorz is on its way!).
With dynamic Directors Cathy & Sonia at the helm you’ll be working alongside them to grow a new group, implementing the Opendoorz strategy and supporting the personal and business growth of its members. As a business owner already, this gives you a great platform to grow your own business through building your connections and supporting others as well as having a bit of fun on the journey!
Maybe you’re an Opendoorz member already and fancy getting a bit involved in shaping the future direction or maybe you’re new to Opendoorz but feel inspired to get involved with our exciting plans. Either way, we ‘d love to talk to you!
At Opendoorz, we pride ourselves on doing things a little differently and are known for our ‘grown-up’ approach to networking. In fact, we prefer not to call it networking at all because Opendoorz is so much more than that. We’re dedicated to helping our members businesses grow and develop through building strong, professional networks in a strategic and results driven way. At an Opendoorz meeting you’ll only find high calibre professionals: our members are all business owners, partners, or MDs of companies.
So what qualities are we looking for in an Associate Director? Well, you need to be positive, self-motivated, highly organised and a business owner already who can work effectively and collaboratively with a diverse range of professional contacts. You’ll also need a natural ability and flair for connecting people and building a network around you of trusted introducers, collaborators and strategic partners.
Our Associate Directors grow their own businesses with Opendoorz too!
Being an Associate Director with Opendoorz is a real opportunity to grow your own business too. We’re looking for business owners with that entrepreneurial spirit that will help them dive into the challenge of building a new Opendoorz group or supporting a current one.
Does this sound like you?
We’re after wonderful people who not only understand and share our values but live them every day! With friendly, committed and motivated professional networking groups across Oxfordshire and, soon to be Gloucestershire, we offer a fabulous forum for the successful individuals to share expert guidance, inspiration and most importantly a dose of laughter and fun along the way. They’ll learn a lot too!
Our Associate Directors are independent consultants who are paid a fee per active member within the group, so there’s great earning potential too.
“I was delighted to be asked by Sonia and Cathy to be the AD of the North Oxford Group. Having been a member for several years I have personally seen the massive value that membership brings in the way of opportunities, peer support and fun. As an AD I get a real buzz out of growing the group and supporting my members as they develop strong relationships that grow their referral and sales pipeline. My own business has really benefitted too.” Jon Ellard AD North Oxford
