Thompson & Terry Recruitment, an incredibly unique and value-driven recruitment agency based in Abingdon. Ben set up the business in 2014, identifying a gap in the market for a headhunting approach to typical recruitment agency-level vacancies. Our approach has been highly successful, with 86.4% of the first CVs we sent in 2024 resulting in a job offer, compared to a national average of just 5%.
We are proud of our four specialist divisions within Office Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment, Biotech Recruitment and Executive Search Recruitment.
In 2025 we were proud to be announced as Oxfordshire’s SME of the Year at The Oxfordshire Business Awards and also Highly Commended by Enterprise Oxfordshire as Innovation in Customer Experience of the Year.
