Wow! What a year 2023 was, and we can proudly say a whopping £2,827,431 worth of business was received by Opendoorz members last year!
We also raised £24,110 for our 2023 chosen charity of the year Oxfordshire Mind.
Our feet are now firmly in 2024 and how we can make this our best year yet…
Reflecting on their first Opendoorz North Oxford meeting of the year, our Associate Director, Jon Ellard summarises the approach they took in the first meeting of the new year.
“Last week, our focus was on setting the groundwork for the year ahead. We used our regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) session to chat about our individual business goals. From there, we discussed budgeting for sales and marketing to meet the financial and sales targets set by some members.
Interestingly, and not surprisingly, many members highlighted the significant role of Opendoorz opportunities and referrals in achieving their targets.
We also took a moment to outline our group goals for the year:
1️⃣ Group Growth: Aim to hit 20 members by the end of March 2024 and 30 members by the end of June 2024.
2️⃣ £750,000 Business Passed Around: A collective target to keep the group thriving.
3️⃣ Member Involvement: Each member commits to inviting 4 guests per year.
It was a positive start to the year”
