I head up Maylarch as operations director and have a team of 50 great staff supporting me from labourers through to a group MD and FD.
Over seeing a turnover of £7m across our 3 specialist trades; Demolition, asbestos removal and land remediation. We are based in West Oxfordshire and work throughout central England.
Since 2018 we have been bought into the same group of companies as M & M Waste Solutions and Worton Park. We all offer synergy to each other’s organisation and provide a one stop shop for clients of all sizes.
I personally began my journey with Maylarch in 2003. I joined as a Demolition Manager to help grow the business, and I feel I have helped achieve that. Working through the ranks to get to my current position today.
